Why after 90 days?
Google needs time to discover a new website and start reporting data. Meaningful numbers, which queries you appear for, where you rank, what people actually search, only exist after two to three months. Reviewing earlier means reviewing noise. So this is how I do it: we launch the site with Search Console connected from day one, let it collect data, and then look at it together.

Fair terms
