Questions before we start
Why a custom site instead of a cheap template?
A template is cheap upfront but expensive later: slow speed, limited edits and SEO that's hard to climb out of. A custom Next.js site is fast, fully editable and grows with you. I break this down in my WordPress vs Next.js case study.
What happens if we end the collaboration?
You get the complete source code and all access. You're not dependent on me, you can host and manage the site anywhere. No platform lock-in, no hostage situation.
Do you also optimize for AI search engines?
Yes. Beyond classic SEO I prepare sites for discoverability in AI-powered search through indexable useful content, clear entities, accurate structured data and measurement. llms.txt can be an optional summary; it is neither a Google ranking factor nor a citation guarantee. Actual mentions and referral visits are measured separately.
Do you work outside Ostrava?
I'm based in Ostrava and serve the whole Moravian-Silesian Region in person (Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek-Místek, Opava, Bohumín). But I build sites, e-shops and SEO remotely for clients across the Czech Republic and abroad (the site is available in English too).
