Website care keeps the site running and healthy, hosting, updates, security, backups, small fixes, monitoring and basic local visibility (Google Business Profile). SEO is active traffic growth, keyword research, content creation, link building and continuous work on search positions. Simply put: care keeps the site working; SEO makes it bring more people. A smaller business is usually fine with care including the local profile; full SEO is for those who want to grow seriously in a competitive niche.

Because a one-off website still needs an owner after launch. The monthly package covers agreed technical, content and measurement work; it does not mean automatic ranking or revenue growth. Each month shows what was done and why.

The minimum commitment is 3 months. The first month covers the audit and setup; meaningful data needs time. No result or ranking can be guaranteed. After 3 months the contract becomes month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Unlike SEO care (visibility) or Shoptet care (Shoptet changes), website management covers operation, maintenance and content. A new website is priced separately. You receive the complete source code and data export at no extra charge.

Minor edits (price list, opening hours, contact, new text) I handle within 24 h as part of the retainer. Larger changes (a new section, page redesign) are within the hours included in the package, Start has 2 h/month, Growth 5 h/month, Premium 15+ h/month. Without a retainer I do one-off edits at €40/h billed in half-hour blocks, a small change costs from €20. If your website or e-shop stops working, 24/7 IT help is available at €80/hour, one-hour minimum, with the budget confirmed before paid work.

SEO = optimization for search engines. The key point: it is not a one-off trick but systematic work. Every month I handle priorities: content, technical fixes, internal links, indexation and measurement. Some websites see impact quickly; competitive queries are usually a months-long effort.

No. Nobody fair can guarantee the first position, the Google algorithm changes and has hundreds of factors. What I can guarantee is the process: clear priorities, transparent reporting, technical fixes, content work and ongoing evaluation in GA4 and Search Console.

Yes. The Premium package includes e-shop management (Shoptet, Shopify or custom Next.js). I optimize product pages, categories, the checkout flow, feed integrations (Heureka, Zbozi.cz) and PPC campaigns. Public e-shop work includes miqueen.cz and sachasport.cz.

I start by reviewing the current state and ordering the biggest problems. Smaller fixes can fit within the package capacity; a redesign or new website gets its own scope and price if maintaining the old solution no longer makes sense.
