A web game that runs in the browser on phones and computers, a mobile game for the App Store and Google Play, or a learning game for a textbook. We start with a fixed-price playable prototype, so you can see whether the game is fun before you pay for the full build.
The final scope, price and timing are confirmed before work starts.
Games I have made
3D games and interactive exercises for the publisher EDUKO that run in the browser (three.js), and two games of my own in the Godot engine: Prototype Arena, a first-person action arena for several players and bots, and Noční linka (Night Route), in which you drive a night bus through the fictional Bořín district in 1990s Czechia.

Digital platform for a publisher, Digital platform for the EDUKO publishing house: it manages its digital content and delivers it to students via QR codes in printed textbooks, interactive exercises, 3D models and learning videos.
What you actually get
No fog: what you get, who it fits and where a larger scope begins.
Clear deliverables
- an outline of who the game is for, what the player does and where it runs
- a playable prototype of one mechanic before the full build starts
- game designrules, levels, difficulty and rewards
- custom artwork in your brand or textbook style and licensed sound
- a playable build on a staging address at every milestone
Best fit
- you want a campaign, contest or onboarding that engages people more than a banner
- you are a school or publisher and want a game for the curriculum or a textbook
- you want to try a playable prototype first and decide afterwards
Not a fit
- you need a few quizzes for one topic, where exercises are cheaper
- you are looking for a large commercial game for Steam or consoles
- you expect a finished game in a week without a brief or approvals
Scope boundaries
from€3,200
A playable prototype costs €960 and is deducted from the build within 60 days. A web game from €3,200 has one core mechanic and up to 5 levels. A game with content and admin from €7,200 adds player accounts, an admin panel and LMS integration. Mobile store games and complex games start at €16,000, a follow-up title on the same foundation at €1,600. App store fees, paid assets and hosting are billed separately.
What a game costs
The exact price depends on the number of mechanics, levels and artwork; I send it after the consultation. Want to try the game first? A playable prototype for €960 (16 hours of work) is deducted from the build if you go ahead within 60 days. A follow-up title on the same foundation, meaning new content and artwork with the same mechanic, starts at €1,600. Changes after launch cost €60/h or a retainer from €600/mo.

A game instead of another banner
People skim a banner or a PDF. In a game they do something themselves: they decide, try and come back when it does not work out. That is why companies want a branded game or contest instead of another campaign, schools want a game that practises the curriculum and publishers want a game for a textbook that gives readers a reason to open the digital part of the title.
I do not start with a long specification. First I build a playable prototype for €960: one game mechanic that runs in the browser on phones and computers. You put it in the hands of the people the game is for, and only then decide on the build. If you go ahead within 60 days, I deduct the prototype from the build.
I do not build games only on paper. For the publisher EDUKO I built 3D games and interactive exercises for teaching accounting, economics and chemistry, and alongside that I develop my own games, Prototype Arena and Noční linka. You will find samples below. I build games on the same foundation as web applications. A game does not pay off for one topic and one class; there, interactive exercises from €140 are cheaper.
Games I build
Four kinds of projects. They differ in where the game runs and who plays it; the price follows the scope, not the type.
Web game in the browser
A game behind one link that runs on phones and computers without installing anything. It suits campaigns, contests and games behind a QR code in print. The fastest and cheapest route, from €3,200.
Mobile game
A phone game as a web app (PWA) the player adds to the home screen, or a native game in the App Store and Google Play. When to choose which is in the next section.
Learning game for schools and publishers
A game for the curriculum or a textbook: story, levels and questions by chapter, results for the teacher and launch in Moodle via SCORM or as a link in Teams and Classroom. For publishers, a whole series on one foundation.
Corporate and branded game
A game for a campaign, trade fair, recruitment or employee onboarding. A contest with a leaderboard and a form with consent to data processing, artwork in your brand.
Web game, or an app in the store?
It depends on how players get to the game and how long they will play it.
Most projects need nothing more than a web game or PWA: it opens from a link, works on Android and iPhone, players see a new version straight away and you pay no store fees. I recommend a native game in the App Store and Google Play when people should find it in the store, play it for a long time or when it needs the phone's performance, for example for 3D. It is more expensive and slower: store review, developer accounts in your name and updates through the store. A mobile game in the stores starts at €16,000.
Web game and PWA
One link for every phone and computer, no store review. The player can add a PWA to the home screen and part of the game works offline.
Native game in the stores
A build for Android and iOS, published in Google Play and the App Store under your developer account. You pay the store fees; I check the current amounts before the proposal.
When the web is enough
A campaign lasting a few weeks, a contest, a game behind a QR code in a textbook or a game for an LMS. The player does not want to install anything and opens the game from a link.
When to go to the stores
A game for months or years, in-app purchases, notifications, 3D or a game people should find directly in the App Store and Google Play.
What the game does
What you concretely get out of the collaboration.
- 01
On the phone, no install
A web game opens from a link or a QR code on a flyer or in a textbook. Nobody has to download anything, and sign-up is only there when the game really needs it.
- 02
Results and data
How many people played, where they stop and how long they play is measured in GA4. In a learning game the teacher sees pupils' results; in a contest you get an overview of entrants.
- 03
Edit the content yourself
In a game with content and admin, questions, levels and texts live in an admin panel. You add a new contest round or another chapter without a developer.
- 04
Fast and readable
The game loads quickly even on a slower phone and mobile data. I watch for readable type, contrast, large touch targets and sound that can be switched off.
How it works
No unnecessary bureaucracy. Every step has a clear output and deadline, you always see exactly where we are.

Consultation
48 hWho the game is for, what the player does in it and where it will run: on the web, in a school LMS or in the app stores. Within 48 hours you get scope, price and timeline.
Playable prototype
1-2 weeksOne game mechanic with simplified artwork, playable in the browser on phones and computers. You try it with the people the game is meant for.
Development in milestones
3-14 weeksLevels, artwork, sound and content. Every milestone has a playable build on a staging address, so you change direction early, not at the end.
Testing on phones and launch
before launchA partner tester plays the game on Android phones, iPhones and desktop. I launch it on the web, in your LMS or in the stores under your account and hand over the code and the art sources.
Common questions
The ones asked most. Missing something? Write to me, I reply within a few hours.
A web game with one core mechanic, up to 5 levels and custom 2D artwork starts at €3,200 and usually takes 3-6 weeks. A game with more mechanics, a story, player accounts, a content admin and LMS integration starts at €7,200 (8-14 weeks). A mobile game in the App Store and Google Play, a 3D game or an online multiplayer game starts at €16,000. Before the build you can have a playable prototype for €960, which I deduct if you go ahead within 60 days. I send the exact price and timeline after the consultation.
A playable prototype first, then the full game.
Tell me who the game is for, where it will run and what your deadline is. I will get back to you within 24 hours and propose the scope of the prototype and the full game.
