How do we agree on the work?
First a discovery call — free and no-obligation. We talk through what you need and whether we click. If you change your mind after the call, you pay nothing. Once we agree on the exact scope, I send a contract and an invoice for the 50% deposit. I start work when the deposit lands; the remaining 50% is due on handover.
