You can launch an AI-built website over a weekend and it looks decent. That's nothing to apologise for — starting beats the many companies still "sorting out" their website in year three. A few weeks later, though, one question shows up: why aren't any inquiries coming in?
The answer is almost always the same, and it has nothing to do with AI writing it. What's missing is copy that speaks about the customer, proof (real photos, references), the site isn't properly visible in search, and nobody is measuring how many people arrive and where they drop off. No builder does those four things for you.
So I don't start by tearing anything down. First I look at what already works and tell you straight whether targeted fixes are enough or a rebuild makes sense — even if the answer is that your current site is fine for now.
