An e-shop for business customers: customer-specific price lists, company registration and approval, minimum order quantities, invoice payments and ERP or accounting integration. I build it as a custom React/Next.js e-shop, without the limits of off-the-shelf platforms.
The final scope, price and timing are confirmed before work starts.
What you actually get
No fog: what you get, who it fits and where a larger scope begins.
Clear deliverables
- Next.js 15 + React 19 + TypeScript
- Admin for products, customers and orders
- Testing by a tester on desktop and mobile
- Git repository + CI/CD pipeline
- Code documentation
Best fit
- you want a clear output, not vague consulting
- you need delivery with timeline and ownership
- you want to know what to measure and improve after launch
Not a fit
- you are looking for the cheapest template without care
- you do not want to handle content, access or approvals
- you expect guaranteed business results without data or collaboration
Scope boundaries
from€11,200
The starting price applies to a clearly bounded scope. More pages, integrations, language versions, copywriting, urgent delivery or messy existing systems are quoted separately.
When your buyers are companies
A business customer buys differently from a regular visitor. They have their own price list or discount, order in larger quantities and repeatedly, pay by invoice with payment terms and expect the order to reach your ERP or accounting system on its own. Off-the-shelf platforms handle part of this, but with more complex rules you hit add-on limits or manual work.
I build a custom B2B e-shop as a custom React/Next.js e-shop: the rules for prices, quantities and approvals are in the code exactly as your business works, not as a template allows. The code and the data are yours.
If you are only testing B2B sales or your rules are simple, Shoptet or Shopify is often enough: a build from €3,200, plus a higher plan or a platform add-on. I will not sell you a more expensive solution than you need: in the platform choice and budget review for €200 I compare platforms for your catalogue and integrations, and I deduct the fee from the build if you go ahead within 60 days. All the routes are on the e-shop development page.
When custom B2B makes sense
Not for everyone. A quick check of when a custom B2B e-shop fits and when an off-the-shelf platform is the better choice.
Many individual price lists
Different prices, discounts and ranges for individual companies or groups. On an off-the-shelf platform this means add-ons and manual work.
Orders by e-mail and phone
Your sales team retypes orders from e-mails into the system. A B2B e-shop takes that work away and customers order themselves, any time.
ERP integration
Prices, stock and order status live in your ERP or accounting system and you want them in the e-shop without retyping.
Approvals and multiple buyers
Several people order on the customer's side and a manager approves the purchase. I set up roles and limits to match your customers.
B2B and B2C in one
Regular customers see retail prices, companies see theirs after logging in. One catalogue, one stock, two ways of selling.
Business customers abroad
Language versions and currencies in one e-shop, not a copy for every country.
What a B2B e-shop does
What you concretely get out of the collaboration.
- 01
Customer-specific price lists
Each company or customer group sees its own prices, discounts and range. You change a price list in the admin, not in a spreadsheet sent by e-mail.
- 02
Company registration and approval
A company registers with its company ID, you approve the account and assign a price list. Nobody you have not approved sees your trade prices.
- 03
Minimum quantities and pack sizes
Minimum quantities, pack multiples and volume discounts are enforced by the cart, so you stop getting orders you have to fix by hand.
- 04
Invoices, ERP and accounting
Invoice payments with customer-specific payment terms and orders passed to your ERP or accounting system via API or export.
How it works
No unnecessary bureaucracy. Every step has a clear output and deadline, you always see exactly where we are.

Discovery and B2B rules
1-2 weeksTogether we go through customer groups, price lists, approvals and ERP integration. Output: first-version scope, data model, price and timeline.
First version with B2B features
8-14 weeksCatalogue, cart, company registration with company ID and account approval, price lists for customer groups, minimum quantities, invoice payments and ERP or accounting integration via API. Every milestone has a demo on a staging address.
Advanced B2B
depends on scopeOrder approvals, quotes and requests for quotation, multiple warehouses or deep integration with a large ERP. I add them once the first version is running, not all at once.
Testing and handover
before launchA partner tester goes through registration, orders and invoicing on desktop and mobile. I train your team and the full source code is yours.

The first version of a custom B2B e-shop starts at €11,200. It includes company registration with company ID and account approval, customer groups with their own prices and discounts (a group can be a single company), minimum quantities, invoice payments with payment terms and ERP or accounting integration via its API. Advanced B2B, meaning order approvals, quotes and requests for quotation, multiple warehouses or deep integration with SAP or Dynamics, starts at €22,000. I send scope, price and timeline after discovery. The tiers are on the custom e-shop page.
