Who leads the training?

I do, personally: Marek Frňka from Ostrava. I've taught more than 20 AI courses, over 10 of them for the Czech Labour Office in cooperation with Softinum, the rest for companies and individuals. Alongside training I build websites, e-shops and AI automations, so I teach the workflows I use myself every day. More about me on my About page.

Our team already uses ChatGPT a bit. Does training make sense?

That's exactly when it pays off most. The gap between "occasionally asking a chatbot" and a real AI workflow is huge: systematic prompts for recurring tasks, working with internal inputs, automation via Make/Zapier and rules for what may go into AI. We verify the level on the discovery call and I adapt the program.

What about internal data and GDPR?

Safety is a dedicated block of every training: what belongs in public AI tools and what doesn't, how to set up accounts and history, when a paid business tier makes sense, and how to write internal rules. I don't need any sensitive data from you for the training itself, we practice on examples the team chooses.

Do you train online or on-site?

Both. Online via Google Meet or Teams (whole CZ/SK), in person in Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian region, Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek-Místek and around. For the one-day workshop the in-person format is the most popular, the team unplugs from work and focuses.

We can't spare a whole day. Can it be shorter?

Yes. The shortest format is a two-hour AI intro from €240, a taster for a team or leadership: what AI can really do today, demos on your own tasks and recommendations on where to go next. A great first step before the workshop. Anything in between (half a day, two afternoon blocks…) I'll tailor by scope.

Do you offer open courses for individuals?

Yes. On the open AI courses page you choose one of three topics and submit non-binding interest. I confirm a specific date based on small-group demand and your availability; a binding order and payment come only after that.

What do you offer schools and teachers?

A tailored program for a teachers' room or subject teams: using AI for lesson prep, assessment and materials, how to talk about it with students and where the limits are. It builds on my work with interactive exercises and e-learning for schools. Pricing depends on scope, write to me and I'll prepare an offer.

How do we verify that the training makes sense beforehand?

On the opening call we review roles, recurring tasks and the expected output. If training is not the right solution, I say so before quoting. For a programme, we agree on a concrete workflow and how progress will be evaluated afterwards.

AI transformation over 40 hours from €4,800 also covers embedding the practices into daily operations. Travel outside Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian region is billed separately.

I teach from my own daily operation, not from slides. I run AI courses for the Czech Labour Office in cooperation with Softinum, for companies and for individuals, and I keep training the team of one e-shop on an ongoing basis.
