SHOPTET SPECIALIST

I handle your existing Shoptet as a whole: technical state and speed, product data and feeds, SEO, AI search visibility, template edits and redesign. No waiting on a big agency, no new e-shop for hundreds of thousands. Hourly rate, an edit package or monthly Shoptet Care.

From€60/h

A list that gets shorter

You do not have to change the platform or the whole template. You have a running Shoptet store and a list of things that bother you: the template, an add-on, a feed, graphics. They get done one by one, with an hour estimate up front and no downtime.

  1. 01you write down what bothers you about your Shoptet
  2. 02every edit gets an hour estimate up front
  3. 03the template or add-on is edited on the running store
  4. 04it goes live with no downtime and you know what changed

The demo shows upomale.cz, a site I built. The tasks and estimates shown are examples; a real estimate comes with a real brief.

SachaSport

Shoptet as a whole: catalogue, SEO, feeds and template, A sports e-shop on Shoptet: descriptions, names, categories, a Google feed, interlinking and size filters. Every number has a date and a method.

Shoptet as a whole from one person

Technical work, data, SEO and AI visibility without coordinating several vendors.

Marek Frňka from Ostrava handles Shoptet as a whole: technical state and speed, product data and feeds, SEO, AI search visibility, redesign and taking over management from another supplier. I work at €60/h, monthly Shoptet Care costs €220 (3 hours of work, SEO and monitoring) and an e-shop audit €280. An example from SachaSport: with an AI team I converted the product descriptions of 8,163 products to a new structure (catalogue export of 27 October 2026, the catalogue has 11,767 products), always in batches with a trial import and a check before upload.

What you actually get

No fog: what you get, who it fits and where a larger scope begins.

Clear deliverables

  1. template changes Shoptet does not offer in the administration
  2. fixes in HTML, CSS and JavaScript without touching the template core
  3. bulk edits of products, categories and parameters via import
  4. XML feed checks and clean-up for Heureka and Zboží.cz
  5. tracking, add-ons and external services connected

Best fit

  • you run Shoptet and have hit the limit of what can be clicked together
  • you need someone who knows Shoptet and is not learning on your store
  • you want to pay for work done, not a standby retainer

Not a fit

  • you want a completely new e-shop, not changes to the existing one
  • you are looking for the cheapest one-off freelancer
  • you expect me to bypass Shoptet where the platform does not allow it

Scope boundaries

Hourly work costs €60/hour with a 30-minute minimum. A development bundle from €600 is a fixed price for a larger change of up to 10 hours, set after an initial audit. It is not a redesign of the whole e-shop, which has its own price list on the E-shop redesign page. Shoptet Care at €220/month is 3 hours of work a month, SEO and speed monitoring, cancellable monthly. An e-shop audit costs €280. Urgent work costs €100/hour, minimum one hour; availability and budget are confirmed before paid diagnosis.

Pricing

Three ways to work together

Three modes by scope. No annual contract, choose based on whether you need one thing, larger development, or an ongoing hand. Want a review of the whole e-shop first? I deduct the €280 e-shop audit from follow-up work ordered within 60 days.

Your Shoptet teammate, not an anonymous agency

Shoptet is a great platform, but out of the box it looks like a thousand other e-shops and a lot can be done better. Custom design instead of a template, faster loading, a better product page, a smarter checkout, a connection to your warehouse or accounting. You don't need to build a new e-shop for that, you need someone who knows Shoptet deeply.

That's me. I know the Shoptet API, the Cookbook and template recoding in detail, but I don't stop at code. I also handle product data (photos and descriptions at scale), categories and SEO, feeds (Google, Heureka, Zbozi.cz) and visibility in AI answers. The volume of work is done by an AI team I trained; I decide, check and take responsibility.

I work hourly or in packages, depending on whether you need a single edit, larger development, or ongoing care. No annual commitment, no minimum. You pay for the work done and always know the cost upfront.

What I handle on Shoptet and how I document it

The numbers are from SachaSport, each with a date or method. They are examples of my work, not a promise of results for you.

01

Technical state and speed

SachaSport · 23 and 27 Oct 2026

I go through the template, CSS, scripts and images, find what slows rendering or breaks filters and the cart, and fix it in the template code. On SachaSport I fixed the size filters for new sets on 23 October 2026 (14 products, 79 variants) and checked them on the live store. I report speed only as a measured state: on 27 October 2026 the homepage scored 22 on mobile in Lighthouse and its largest element rendered in 22.9 s. Causes include 1.16 MB of CSS that blocks rendering, a large hero image and third-party scripts. The fix is not deployed yet, so I claim no improvement.

SEO for Shoptet

SachaSport · 22 and 29 Sep 2026, export 27 Oct 2026

I write category SEO texts and titles, design the category structure, clean up product names and link related products. On SachaSport: 628 category SEO texts (22 September 2026, checked on a sample of 4 of 4 categories on the live store on 2 November 2026), 73 New arrivals categories with 851 products (29 September 2026, counts from the 27 October 2026 export), the year removed from 7,325 product names (29 September 2026) and related products for 4,844 products instead of 706 (state on 14 October compared with the export of 27 October 2026).

Product data: photos and descriptions

SachaSport · catalogue exports 9 Sep and 27 Oct 2026

I process photos, descriptions and names at scale, but in batches with a trial import. On SachaSport I uploaded over 15,000 product photos in 2026 (the catalogue export of 9 September 2026 confirms the size of that wave). 8,163 Dynafit and Specialized products have the new description structure (export of 27 October 2026). Between 9 September and 2 November 2026 I uploaded another 681 product photos with verified uploads, created 254 new product cards, and the galleries of 82 Specialized bikes grew from 92 to 381 photos.

Feeds

SachaSport · feeds 28 and 29 Oct 2026

I check and fix XML feeds for Google Merchant Center, Heureka and Zbozi.cz: product categories, availability, prices and EAN codes. On 28 October 2026 the SachaSport Google feed had a product category on 14 of 10,266 items; after the fix the same day, 10,121 of 10,266. The incorrect "preorder" availability dropped from 2,821 items to 0 (feed measured before and after the fix). Heureka received only 41 products (53 items) because export was disabled for 885 of 925 categories; 53 of 53 items now carry a Heureka category (CATEGORYTEXT) instead of 0. In the feed I found 49 sale prices higher than the regular price and 50 invalid EANs. On 29 October 2026: Zbozi.cz 10,258 items, Seznam 7,747, Glami 5,131.

Visibility in AI

SachaSport · own panel 28 Oct 2026

I set the e-shop up so that Google and AI answers can understand it: readable categories and product data, correct business details and content that answers real queries. Citations can't be guaranteed, so I measure them. With my own panel of queries I found on 28 October 2026 that AI cited SachaSport in 15 of 33 answers. That is a baseline for further measurement, not a result.

Redesign

SachaSport · live store as of 25 Oct 2026

Redesigning a whole e-shop, meaning the purchase journey, product pages, cart and checkout, has its own page and price list; Quick Fix starts at €1,000. The Development package above (€600 for up to 10 hours of changes) is not an e-shop redesign. On SachaSport the Shoptet platform stayed and the homepage is now an entry point by sport.

Taking over management

E-shop audit €280

I only need access to your Shoptet account. I go through how the e-shop is built (template, feeds, categories, product data, tracking) and you get a ranked list of what to tackle first. The e-shop audit costs €280 and I deduct it from follow-up work if you order it within 60 days; access stays yours. On SachaSport an overnight audit on 28/29 October 2026 found 0 critical, 13 high and 22 medium findings; I passed the legal and tracking findings to the owner. The working method I use on SachaSport: every data batch goes through a trial import and an independent file check, I always upload the import to Shoptet myself and I verify the result via the API and on the live store.

More that I do for your Shoptet

Besides data, SEO and feeds I also handle code, visuals and system integrations. Use one thing or all of them.

  • 01

    Programming & template edits

Recoding the template into a custom design, custom features and add-ons, cart and checkout edits, API connections. A Shoptet that doesn't look or work like a template.

  • 02

    Graphics & visuals

Banners, categories, product visuals and brand consistency across the e-shop, so your Shoptet looks like a brand, not a default template.

  • 03

    Product videos

Short product and promo videos for the product page, homepage and social media. Impact is evaluated against the store's actual traffic and sales.

  • 04

    System integrations

Warehouse and accounting (Pohoda, ABRA, Money S3), payment gateways (GoPay, Comgate, Stripe) and carriers (Zasilkovna, PPL, DPD, Balikovna) via the Shoptet API or XML/CSV feeds.
